Node programming thanks to Node-RED

The JSmart IoT Web-Based HMI device from Exor with PCAP multi-touch offers protection class IP69K. With the patented mounting via a standard 22 mm hole, the 12.5 mm thick display can be easily mounted anywhere on a machine or system.

Vesa mounting on a support arm is also possible. The device is supplied with power via Power-over-Ethernet. The display can be connected to the network and the supply voltage via an optional splitter cable. Current software technologies such as Node JS, Yocto or HTML5 are used here. Linux-RT and Android are supported as OS in the first step. JMobile (JM4web) as a version for web-based applications and Chrome are also available. The integration of Node-RED into the JMobile development environment is intended to enable simple node programming. The HMI system is based on the System on Module Microsom with a powerful IMX.6DualLite 1.0 GHz processor (optional IMX.6Quad 1.2 GHz). This provides a platform with Codesys as an IEC 61131-3 PLC. In addition, the device offers a variety of bus protocols such as Profinet, Ethercat, Ethernet IP, OPC UA or TSN and integrated sensors.
