Cable bushings
Four, seven or ten lines to be fed through
The 'Cablefix One' cable entry system from Lütze offers industrial users a flexible solution for inserting cables into the control cabinet.
The technical background to this are pre-configured sealing inserts based on the 'onion ring' principle, which can be individually adapted depending on the cable diameter of 5 to 29 mm. The cable entries - optionally available for four, seven or ten cables to be fed through - are available as a complete set including sealing inserts. The cable entry system is also suitable for pre-assembled cables thanks to its user-friendly handling, space-saving design and reduced installation times. Protection class IP65 is met, strain relief in accordance with EN 62444 is provided as well as UL approval in accordance with 4X. The system is made entirely of flame-retardant materials. It is installed in just a few steps: The cables are pushed through the front of the push-through frame and the cut-out in the enclosure. The push-through frame is then screwed in place. Depending on the cable diameter, superfluous elements of the sealing set are removed and the sealing element is guided over the cable. Finally, the frame pressure plate and the front frame are fitted and securely screwed in place.
