Measuring amplifier suitable for IoT

LCB is a universal measuring amplifier for load cells from Althen Sensors & Controls which, according to the manufacturer, meets 'Industry 4.0' requirements and is designed especially for IoT needs.

The measuring amplifier converts the analogue measuring signal (mV/V) of a strain gauge sensor into a digital signal and thus enables the subsequent digitization of a measuring chain - without replacing the existing load cell.
It is also compatible with any type of strain gauge sensor to which it is directly connected. Adapters can be used in certain cases.
For integration into the system environment with PLCs, the measuring amplifier works with various fieldbuses, the number of which is constantly being expanded. Modbus TCP, Ethernet TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, Ethercat, Powerlink, Sercos III and Profinet IO are currently supported. Versions for IO-Link, CANopen,
