Sigmatek at SPS Connect
Available in nine sizes
The FDD 3000 frequency inverter series rounds off Sigmatek's drive portfolio for the low-voltage range for precise control of asynchronous motors.
The 1- or 3-phase frequency inverters - 200/240 V(AC) or 380/480 V(AC) - are available in nine sizes. They cover a power range from 0.37 to 132 kW.
According to Sigmatek, energy-saving operation is achieved by means of precise speed control and functions such as dynamic V/f control or standby mode. The compact design allows several devices to be bayed in the control cabinet to save space. With an overload capacity of up to 180 %, the frequency inverters are particularly suitable for applications with short-term high torque requirements.
The devices are also equipped with an integrated mains filter as standard; two safety STO inputs (SIL 3/PL e) ensure safe shutdown.
The inverters also have three digital inputs and a digital input/output as well as a relay output for brake control.
Communication with the controller can take place via CANOpen, Ethercat or Varan interfaces.
