North
In booksize format for the control cabinet
The Nordac Pro SK 500P series frequency inverters from Nord Drivesystems cover rated motor outputs from 0.25 to 5.5 kW. Plug-in operating, safety and option modules ensure flexibility.
The booksize design also enables space-saving installation in the control cabinet. The series integrates a universal Ethernet interface that enables the use of the most important real-time Ethernet standards via a single interface: the desired protocol - Profinet, Ethernet IP, Powerlink or Ethercat - can be set via parameters. The modular series uses an SD card as a storage medium for parameters as well as a USB interface, which allows parameterization of the voltage-free inverter in the packaging.
According to Nord, a CANopen interface, five to six digital and two analog inputs, two digital and one analog output, two potential-free multifunction relays, an HTL/TTL incremental encoder interface and a universal encoder interface that enables the connection of sin/cos, bite SSI, Hiperface and EnDat encoders are also available.
The inverter can read up to four encoder systems simultaneously and thus control several motors sequentially in positioning mode.
