Choice of IP40 or IP65 housing

The NB800 EcoRouter from NetModule is aimed at applications in the Industry 4.0 and IoT environment where robust connectivity and reliability are prerequisites. The focus is on simple integration and remote configuration/management.

Device features include a 3G/4G to Ethernet gateway and a VPN protocol suite for two channels. The router is housed in either an IP40 or IP65 enclosure. It is available in UMTS and LTE&WLAN versions as well as in customer-specific OEM versions, for example as a tag finder for freight tracking. Hardware shields offer additional flexibility, especially for OEM versions, as these small, plug-in expansion modules can be adapted to the respective area of application. Shields with dual CAN, serial interfaces and digital I/Os are currently available; GNSS and LoRa are in the pipeline.
