Access to more than 100 components

Maplesoft has announced the release of Modelon's Maplesim Pneumatics Library, a component library for 'Maplesim', a system-level modeling and analysis platform.

This library can be used in the modeling and simulation of pneumatic systems for system development, component sizing and control development. With 'Maplesim' and the pneumatics library, engineers can significantly reduce model development and analysis time and quickly generate highly accurate simulations of their system-level models, including pneumatics. The library provides access to over 100 components for modeling cylinders, motors, valves, nozzles, concentrated volumes, pipes and sensors. For advanced applications, the components are customizable and expandable as needed. Because the library is fully integrated with Maplesim, engineers can also access the underlying system equations for advanced analysis, parameter optimization and visualization, and generate simulation code suitable for real-time and in-the-loop simulations without license fees.
