Four times larger memory

Vipa has expanded the 'Slio' product family in terms of memory and performance. The Slio CPU 017PN is a further development of the 'Slio CPU 015PN' and provides users with up to four times more memory.

According to the manufacturer, in addition to the memory expansion, the controller offers two to four times the performance data of the '015PN', more communication connections and 25 to 50 % higher CPU performance. The device also integrates a 2-port switch for Profinet and standard Ethernet as well as two RS485 interfaces as standard, which can be used for the optional use of Profibus master/slave, among other things. In addition, users can add up to 64 expansion modules to the CPU and choose from almost 100 modules.
