The metering device series is suitable for use in single-phase and three-phase networks in industry, infrastructure and data centers where guaranteed metering accuracy is required for the sub-billing of consumed electrical energy. Bidirectional metering enables measurement in generation or consumption mode. The device can be mounted in the switch cabinet door or on the DIN rail. It is protected against phase/neutral polarity reversal and detects wiring errors. The internal power supply derived from the voltage connections ensures MID counting in real time as soon as the mains voltage is applied.
