Cable diameter up to 10 mm

The MFP8 IE Cat. 6A RJ45 connector from Telegärtner has a special cable gland that accepts cable diameters of up to 10 mm. Together with the robust cable gland, the connector is particularly suitable for harsh industrial environments.

The connector extends the 'MFP8' family for connecting special installation or patch cables with multiple shielding. The cable gland with cable clamp provides reliable strain relief. The connector can be assembled in the field without special tools. Thanks to the IPC connection technology for copper conductors AWG22 to 27, flexible connections can be made from the control cabinet to a control system, an access point or to video cameras. The parts of the shield housing that can be folded away for installation are attached to the connector housing to prevent loss. A 4-chamber wire management system with piercing contacts for solid and stranded conductors and an assembly aid support error-free assembly. 360° shielding ensures data transmission even in the event of external electrical interference.
