Measure CO2 content in welding systems

The sensors in the 'FlowEVO' series from Smartgas measure the CO2 content in MAG welding systems and thus allow conclusions to be drawn about the result of the welding process.

A gas mixture of carbon dioxide (CO2) and argon is often used for so-called shielding gas welding. Argon as an inert gas is responsible for the stability of the arc. The sensors 'FlowEVOCO2 in Ar 30 Vol.-% l F3-216307-05000' and 'FlowEVOCO2 in Ar 3000 ppm l F3-216305-05000' from Smartgas measure theCO2 content in the welding systems. This allows conclusions to be drawn about the quality of the joining process, for example the penetration behavior and the metallurgy of the workpiece.
