The HGT 1053 mobile operating panel from Sigmatek can also be used for demanding applications and (web) visualizations thanks to its Edge 3 technology quad-core processor, 2 GB DDR4 RAM and 8 GB eMMC memory. Machines, systems and robots can be operated, taught-in, tested and maintained directly on site using the OPC UA-capable handheld operating device. The integrated safety elements - emergency stop and enabling switches as well as key switches - ensure the necessary safety for users and machines (SIL 3, PL e). Communication takes place via Gigabit Ethernet. The hand-held pendant station also provides a USB 2.0 type A interface. The multi-touch display is in portrait format (WXGA 800 px x 1280 px). The wired, ergonomically designed operating panel complies with protection class IP54 and weighs just 1.25 kg.

Visualization takes place in Lasal Screen or web-based in VISUDesigner, which supports current web standards such as HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. Ready-made display/operating elements are available to the user. It is also possible to integrate svg files, individually designed graphics, controls, animations, videos and audio files.
