3rd place: The KeDrive D3 servo drive system in Keba's range offers machine manufacturers many options for increasing the energy efficiency of their machines. In the multi-axis system, one supply unit feeds all connected drive controllers for synchronous and asynchronous motors with energy. This means that axes running in generator mode can supply motorized axes with energy. More...

Anni Tonigold, Marketing Communications, and Jörg Brinkemper, Strategic Product Manager for Drive Systems at Keba, accepted the trophy and spoke about the company's future roadmap.

1st place: Lenze has expanded the 'i500' frequency inverter family with the decentralized variant i550 protec in IP66 and networked with IO-Link. The company is starting with a power range up to 2.2 kW, with a gradual expansion up to 75 kW planned. If an IO-Link master is already in use in a network, the frequency inverter can be connected at the same time - independently of the higher-level controller. More...

Frank Maier, Technical Director, Peter Blatter, Product Manager, and
