Integrated OPC UA interface
Based on the Expert Logger high-speed data logger series, Delphin Technology offers a measuring case that combines two applications.
On the one hand, it can record, balance and store energy consumption and, on the other, it can be used to analyze machine and process signal faults. The mobile measuring case is available in various configuration levels. For energy monitoring applications, the case can be equipped with up to three independent measuring circuits for power measurement. This means that the energy consumption of several machines can be recorded simultaneously. Eight synchronous digital/frequency inputs can be used to record energy meters or flow rates, while up to 46 analog inputs and 48 digital inputs can be used for fault analysis. The sampling rates range from 20 µs to hourly or daily averages. All measured values and energy consumption can be stored independently - the internal data memory offers space for around 500 million measured values. The measuring case also has an OPC UA interface and can transfer measured values directly to the cloud.
