What technological priorities will you be setting as a company in the next 12 months?

In automation, too, we are increasingly talking about a "user experience". In our case, this means making it easy for our customers and partners to integrate our products into their production environments. This means that connectivity, simple programming and fast commissioning play an important role. In addition, we are offering more and more products that improve energy efficiency and therefore help to reduce CO2 emissions.

What advantages do you see in the virtual exchange with customers and users?

The cancellation of many important trade fairs due to the spreading coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has made it more difficult to communicate directly with customers. Virtual events are therefore a very good way to stay in touch with customers and users and protect their health. Users and customers can find out about innovations and products from their PC. However, this also eliminates the monetary and time expenditure for trade fair visits.

What can visitors expect at your virtual trade fair stand?

"Experience connectivity" with the latest highlights and innovations from Yaskawa, such as our GA500 and GA700 frequency inverters. Both devices make life easier because they score points with their very compact size and flexibility in terms of connection options and can easily master almost any application.

Intelligent tools such as the Startup Wizard, data logging, the DriveWizard mobile app and many more support setup and troubleshooting - saving valuable time.
