Hainzl buys TOK

Hainzl acquires a majority stake in drive technology specialist TOK, further expanding its sales network in Slovenia.

The system provider Hainzl has acquired a majority stake in the Slovenian drive specialist TOK from Ljubljana. As a Danfoss Advanced Partner, TOK has a high level of expertise in the design and integration of Danfoss components into complex Motion & Drives solutions. Willi Eibner, Managing Director of the Hainzl Group: "We want to expand our success in the Motion & Drives sector internationally and grow. Thanks to its hydraulics expertise, TOK is the ideal partner for Hainzl in the up-and-coming south-east European markets."

The integration of the Slovenian drive expert is a further step for Hainzl Industriesysteme towards internationalization in the European domestic market. The Austrian company has held a majority stake in the German drive technology specialist Frankonia from Bavaria since 2012, and the Bavarian company has been part of the Hainzl Group since 2019.
