Fraba
Two new divisions established
The internationally active Fraba Group has founded the new business units Credemus and Ubito. The two start-ups are positioning themselves in the 'Digital Transformation' and 'Wiegand Technology in the IIoT environment' business areas.
The launch of the two brands will be supported by new logos and a complete rebranding concept for the Fraba Group.
Credemus offers software tools and consulting services to medium-sized companies that want to start a digital transformation process. The know-how that Fraba has acquired over the last 15 years in implementing a completely digitalized business model - with 'mass customization' as a production method - will be used and adapted.
In future, Ubito will bundle the activities in the Wiegand-Technik division. The start-up is focusing on new applications for the Wiegand wire, which converts magnetically induced pulses into energy. In addition to energy harvesting, the focus will also be on signal generation and wireless transmission of electrical energy. Future applications targeted by Ubito range from wireless sensors for networked IIoT ecosystems, smart metering and 'low-frequency wireless charging' to 'transcutaneous energy supply' for implantable medical devices.
