Fraba
Double-digit growth in 2021
The Fraba Group, a provider of motion control and position sensor technology for industrial applications, is reporting a 23% increase in sales for the 2021 financial year.
The Group's global turnover amounted to 48 million euros and the number of employees rose to 300. "We are very pleased with the strong growth," commented Christian Leeser, CEO and majority shareholder of Fraba.
Several important developments took place in 2021, including the establishment of the two business units Credemus and Ubito. In addition, preparations were made last year for the opening of the new factory in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The production facility, which is currently being ramped up, complements the digital factory that has been established in Slubice, Poland, since 2006 and will help the Fraba Group to better meet the growing demand on the Asian markets and for high-volume series products.
In 2021, two new equity partners were appointed to the Group's global management team, which now comprises 13 members: Andre Rot has been appointed Head of Digital Transformation at Credemus, while Stéphane Walz has taken over responsibility for business development in France and Spain.
