"Fraba has been active in Asia since 2001, when we first established a relationship with a Shanghai-based distributor," comments Christian Leeser, CEO and majority shareholder of Fraba. "Since then, we have expanded our presence by establishing a regional headquarters in Singapore in 2009 and continuously growing our team and distribution network in China."

The new company in Shanghai is another step in Fraba's journey to build a strong presence in Asia and will bring the immediate benefit of improved services to customers in China. The company's initial focus will be on facilitating domestic sales transactions and shortening delivery times. The company will provide customers with comprehensive service and support. Local manufacturing to expand service is a likely next step.
