Lutz Evert has been appointed as the new Managing Director of the German sales branch of the Swiss Carlo Gavazzi Holding with immediate effect. He succeeds Francisco Garcia.
Lutz Evert has proven himself in various roles at Carlo Gavazzi. He has been Sales Manager since 2013. Under the current pandemic conditions, which make it difficult to maintain the customer proximity required in sales, maintaining a safe working environment for employees and securing jobs are top priorities for the electrical engineer. He is focusing his activities on further expanding sales channels in new markets, particularly in the field of renewable energies and condition monitoring in mechanical engineering. Evert also sees good opportunities for growth with OEM customers, which are important for the component manufacturer, with the topic of Industry 4.0 and an increased demand for remote maintenance of machines and systems due to the pandemic.
