With an update time <100 ms via the serial interface and a measurement resolution of 0.001 kWh, the Carlo Gavazzi devices are suitable as a data source for control or regulation systems. The 3 HP wide meters for DIN rail mounting are equipped with a backlit display. The display can be operated intuitively via three push buttons. A configuration wizard enables correct installation, parameter setting and commissioning using the free UCS software. The energy meters are suitable for two-phase and three-phase systems up to 415 V L-L. They monitor the energy consumption, the main electrical variables and the harmonic distortion of the load. In addition to the digital input for tariff management and the S0 pulse output, the energy meters are available with a Modbus RTU or M-Bus communication interface for data transfer.
