Digitize weighing systems
With the help of the universal measuring amplifier LCB from Althen Sensors & Controls, the analog measuring signal (mV/V) of a strain gauge sensor is converted into a digital signal and is thus IoT-compatible.
This means that the existing load cell can still be used when a measurement chain is digitized at a later date, and there is no need to replace existing analog sensors. The connection with PLCs can be made via various fieldbus types. The measuring amplifier is configured via the Micro-USB interface. It is suitable for use in the food and packaging, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, steel, transport, rail and bulk goods industries.
