Withstand high pressure and dust
B&R now also offers the 'Acopostrak' track system in protection class IP69K. In this version, the track can be cleaned with high pressure and temperatures of up to 80 °C and is also fully protected against dust.
The track system can therefore be used in industries with the highest cleaning requirements, for example in the pharmaceutical or food industry. The shuttles and segments of the new version are made of stainless steel, are welded and resistant to corrosion. This makes it possible to transport corrosive products and operate the Acopostrak in corrosive atmospheres such as salt spray. All surfaces of the track are chemically resistant. This means that no particles or fluids from the environment can penetrate the interior of a shuttle or segment. Acopostrak can be modularly expanded with individual track elements and processing stations. This makes machines scalable and allows them to be adapted to production requirements at any time.
