Link between MES and ERP

With the Process Automation Controller PAC, nt-Richter offers an open platform for the vertical integration of machines and systems into the company's IT.

The platform should form the link between the control level (store floor level) and the higher levels MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and/or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). In addition to data collection and aggregation, the controller performs automation tasks at work area level. This includes cross-machine production control and the integration of various systems, for example process control and optimization, machine program management and material flow control. According to the manufacturer, PAC can be implemented in almost any environment without great effort, as the solution has a modular structure and can be individually adapted.
