Susana Gonzalez becomes EMEA President
Rockwell Automation has appointed Susana Gonzalez as President of the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Gonzalez will be responsible for implementing the company's growth and customer strategy as well as leading the commercial and sales organization.
As of January 1, 2019, Susana Gonzalez will replace Thomas Donato, who has held the position of EMEA President since 2015. Donato will also be promoted to Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing with effect from January 1, 2019.
Most recently, Gonzalez was responsible for regional sales in Europe for Rockwell Automation. Prior to joining the company, she led industrial automation and control sales in Europe for a global technology and manufacturing company. Gonzalez has over 15 years of experience leading product management and sales organizations in multinational companies. Gonzalez holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Asturias Business School and San Francisco State University, a Master's degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University. Over time, she will relocate from Germany to Rockwell Automation's EMEA headquarters in Brussels.
