IoT controller
Into the cloud via MQTT
The WISE-75xx series IoT controllers from Spectra provide various combinations of analog and digital inputs and outputs.
The recorded sensor data and the pre-processed measured variables derived from it are sent directly to the private/public cloud via the MQTT protocol. Additional process data can be transferred to the controller via the Ethernet interface using the Modbus TCP protocol and converted internally into the MQTT protocol. The integrated If-Then-Else control logic enables simple processing routines to be defined and executed locally in the IoT controller. The necessary settings can be made via a browser without additional software. The controllers have a dual LAN including daisy chain function for connecting several modules in series. In addition, one LAN port can be used as a PoE input, which means that the WISE module can be automatically supplied with power as soon as the Ethernet cable is plugged in and is immediately ready for operation. The robust metal housing in industrial design and the wide operating temperature range between -25 °C and +75 °C support use in harsh environments. According to the manufacturer, the simple application makes it easy to get started with your first IoT application.
