Change at the top of the company
On March 1, 2019, CEO Christof Zollitsch handed over the chairmanship of Stemmer Imaging to Arne Dehn. Zollitsch stepped down from the Management Board at his personal request.
The Management Board of Stemmer Imaging, a technology supplier for image processing, will thus consist of Martin Kersting (Chief Technology Officer) and Lars Böhrnsen (Chief Financial Officer) and Arne Dehn as Chairman of the Management Board. Dehn has over 20 years of international management experience in listed technology companies. Most recently, he was a member of the Executive Board of the technology group TKH Group NV, which develops and sells systems and solutions in the field of machine vision, among other things.
As CEO, Dehn will assume responsibility for Group strategy and development, M&A, sales, marketing, purchasing and human resources. Zollitsch will contribute his experience and expertise as a strategic advisor and will remain closely associated with the company.
