More than two decades of experience at Siemens

Schwab brings more than 20 years of experience from Siemens AG. There, he was responsible for business operations across the entire corporate lifecycle—from turnarounds and scale-ups to transformations and greenfield projects. His roles ranged from early-stage IoT ventures to established organizations with revenues exceeding $100 million. In these roles, he led units with diverse business models in the areas of hardware, project business, SaaS, and partner business—always with the goal of building recurring and scalable revenue. Building and leading international teams in the U.S., Europe, APAC, and India was also part of his responsibilities.
