Change in the Management Board of Stemmer Imaging
Arne Dehn is the new CEO of Stemmer Imaging with effect from January 1, 2019. After a two-month transition phase, he will take over as CEO from Christof Zollitsch.
For personal reasons, Christof Zollitzsch has asked the company's Supervisory Board to terminate his contract prematurely as of February 28, 2019. Zollitsch would like to contribute his experience and expertise to Stemmer Imaging in an advisory capacity and remain closely associated with the company.
Arne Dehn (1969) has over 20 years of international management experience in listed technology companies in the communications and smart sensor industry, including Honeywell Automation Controls. Since 2011, he has been a member of the Executive Board of the listed mid-cap technology company TKH Group NV, headquartered in the Netherlands, where he led a globally operating business segment that develops and sells systems and solutions in the field of machine vision, among other things.
As CEO of Stemmer Imaging, Arne Dehn will assume responsibility for Group strategy and development, M&A, sales, marketing, purchasing and human resources.
