Extended by modular support rail system
The Airstream mounting rail system from Lütze is suitable for users who want to assemble a mounting frame independently and easily on site.
For this purpose, the modular system was extended with predefined lengths and standardized grid dimensions corresponding to 10, 25 and 50 mm hole patterns. The mounting rail system offers up to 12 mm more depth clearance, which is particularly advantageous for special enclosures. The mounting rails also offer more flexibility for subsequent device installation: according to Lütze, additional modules can be added between the installed modules at a later date using swivel-in sliding nuts. Alternatively, complete fields in the middle of the frame can be left free for later assembly.
In addition to a snap-on edge protection that neatly seals the ends of the mounting rail, new brackets have been developed to match the mounting rail system. They enable space-saving installation of bars across the entire frame width.
The trunking system has all the relevant tests and certifications for industrial use with regard to loads such as vibration shock, corrosion and harmful gases.
