Steer conveyed goods in any direction
The celluveyor conveyor and positioning system from Cellumation consists of small conveyor cells with omnidirectional drive wheels and offers conveyor technology new design and application options for the realization of complex material flows in confined spaces.
The basis for this are hexagonal conveyor modules, each with three specially arranged drive wheels. They can be used to guide the conveyed goods in any direction. The conveyor modules with their hexagonal structures can be clicked together and joined to form conveyor systems of any geometry. With the patented individual wheel control, the drive wheels are each driven individually, allowing packages to be moved completely freely on one level.
The system enables plug & play solutions and can be integrated into existing systems or used as a standalone solution. No time-consuming integration or programming is required; the modules communicate with each other and automatically recognize the system layout and the desired process sequence. Users can configure the system independently without any programming knowledge using simple graphical programs - comparable to apps on a cell phone.
