Power output 50 % higher
With the new BG 66 dMove Dunkermotoren launched a new generation of their smart BLDC motors with integrated electronics with innovative features and a power output, which is up to 50% higher than the one of the predecessor model.
Beside the simple speed- and positioning control, the BG 66 dMove is compatible for CANopen interfaces. But furthermore, controllable with free definable digital inputs, to provide the highest flexibility for individual customer applications. As part of a product partnership with Siemens the motor series BG 45, BG 65(S), BG 75 and BG 95 are going to be available in a specific version, which is compatible to the new Simatic Micro Drive servo drive system. Because of the simple drive configuration with the TIASelection-Tool, the time for engineering is going to be much shorter. And due to the use of Profisafe, a limited torque is guaranteed. An additional product highlight which will be presentend on SPS show is the high integrated motor unit with a hub gearbox, especially designed for AGVs.
