MTS Sensors becomes Temposonics
MTS Sensors has been part of Amphenol since April 7, 2021. The company is now changing its name.
On April 7, 2021, Amphenol, a provider of connectivity, antenna and sensor solutions, completed the acquisition of MTS Systems Corporation, bringing MTS Sensors into the Amphenol family. Effective June 10, 2021, the European division of MTS Sensors, manufacturer of magnetostrictive position sensors, will now operate under the name Temposonics. With the support of Amphenol, Temposonics is dedicated to the research, development and production of sensor systems that enable solutions for measurement tasks in the industrial, mobile hydraulics and process technology sectors. Temposonics has 443 employees worldwide.
