High-temperature sensors with approval up to 135 °C
The current generation of BES inductive miniature sensors from Balluff in the M05 housing now also offers tolerance to high temperatures in addition to functional reliability and small size.
According to the manufacturer, these are the only inductive sensors in this design on the market with a permissible operating temperature of up to +135 °C. As the electronics are fully integrated into the housing, the sensors do not require external amplifiers and, with their small dimensions of (Ø 5 mm x 27 mm or Ø 5 mm x 42 mm), can also be fitted into particularly tight installation spaces. The sensors are particularly suitable for use in semiconductors and hydraulics, as they are approved for dynamic pressures of up to 10 bar and static pressures of up to 100 bar. The oil and temperature-resistant silicone cable is connected to the housing with a special crimp, which guarantees IP67 protection.
