Jumo
Can be used in fresh and salt water
Thanks to the latest optical technology of fluorescence quenching and digital signal processing, the 'Digiline O-DO S10' from Jumo enables long-term stable measurements of oxygen and temperature.
The sensor housing is made of resistant PVC so that the sensor can be used in both fresh and salt water. Based on the connection concept of the 'Jumo Digiline' bus system, it can be quickly connected to the 'Digiline' master via Plug&Play. The system also enables more efficient cabling of systems in which several parameters need to be measured simultaneously at different points. The sensor management integrated in the sensor records and logs relevant operating data over the entire sensor life cycle in order to optimize processes and procedures. This includes the recording of operating hours and functions that enable predictive maintenance, such as the timely signaling of a required calibration or a necessary sensor cap change. An RS485 Modbus RTU interface and an analog output (4 to 20 mA) allow system integration with field devices and process control systems. The measuring range of the sensor is 0 to 20 mg/l, the temperature range in which it can be used is between -5 and +50 °C.
