Acceleration sensors for low power applications

The ECO-x311 capacitive acceleration sensors from ASC have been specially developed for mobile applications with tight installation spaces. The inertial sensors can be used to cover a wide range of industrial measurement tasks.

The ECO series from ASC offers an analog, differential voltage output with a signal deviation of ±2.4 V for measuring ranges from ±2 g to ±40 g as well as a frequency response range (±5 %) from DC to 1 kHz. A feature of the ECO series is its low power consumption of <250 µA in continuous operation. The acceleration sensors are therefore particularly suitable for mobile, energy self-sufficient applications such as automated guided vehicles (AGVs) or remotely operated vehicles (ROVs). As the ECO-x311 are also very flat, they are easy to install even in places that are difficult to access. This makes them particularly suitable for condition monitoring of machines, systems, infrastructures or vehicles. The capacitive acceleration sensors are available in a uniaxial, biaxial or triaxial version.
