The new variants are available without a contact element for the intermediate installation and with a contact element for the flat plug or PCB connection. According to Schlegel, the emergency-stop control devices can be equipped with different actuators - as a classic mushroom shape, cylindrical or spherical.

The classic version with mushroom button and blade terminals is available as a normally closed contact, double break contact, double break contact with normally open contact and double break contact with lighting. The emergency stop with PCB connection is available as a double NC contact and a double NC contact with NO contact. The variants with cylinder or ball button are initially available for intermediate installation or with flat plug connections as double break or double break with NO contact.

The service life of the emergency stop variants is up to 30,000 operations for a maximum tensile force of 160 N. The emergency stop actuators have protection class IP65/IP67 and are designed for an operating temperature of -25 to +70 °C. The NC contacts are positive opening in accordance with EN60947-5-1. Depending on the version, the installation depth ranges from 9.2 mm to 18.1 mm. All control devices in the series are designed for an installation opening of 22.3 mm.
