Peter Mohnen is the new CEO of Kuka
Peter Mohnen (pictured) and Andreas Pabst will be responsible for Kuka AG as CEO and CFO. Both have held the position on an interim basis since December 2018. The Supervisory Board and Executive Board are now continuing their collaboration on a permanent basis.
In December 2018, Peter Mohnen and Andreas Pabst took over as interim CEO and interim CFO after the former CEO Dr. Till Reuter stepped down from his position at Kuka. Mohnen and Pabst have now been confirmed in their positions.
Peter Mohnen, a native of the Rhineland-Palatinate, was born in Trier in 1968. In 1993, he completed his studies at the University of Saarbrücken and the University of Bari (Italy) with a degree in business administration. His previous professional positions include management positions at the energy supplier E.ON in Essen, as CFO at E.ON in Budapest, Hungary, as well as various supervisory board memberships such as at Panrusgaz, a joint venture between E.ON and Gazprom. Mohnen joined Kuka in 2012 as Board Member for Controlling and Finance.
Andreas Pabst was born in Augsburg in 1973. He completed his studies in business administration at the University of Augsburg in 1999. His professional experience includes the auditing firm KPMG, Lechwerke AG and Celesio AG. Andreas Pabst joined Kuka in 2008 as Head of Consolidated Financial Statements and in the following years took on management functions in areas such as External Accounting and Planning and Taxes.
