Managing Director resigns
At the end of January 2019, Matthias Fritz stepped down from his position as Managing Director Technology at Fanuc Germany. He is leaving the manufacturer of CNC control systems, robots and production machines at his own request.
Matthias Fritz joined Fanuc Robotics in 2011 as Technical Director and was appointed Managing Director Technology in November 2016. Since his departure, his responsibilities have been shared between the two remaining Managing Directors Ralf Winkelmann and Frank Wieland.
The company has over 263 locations worldwide and employs over 7000 people.
