Automated pallet transport

A-Mate from Finnish manufacturer K.Hartwall is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) and, according to the manufacturer, the market's first fully electric free-lift AGV (automated guided vehicle) for pallets with omnidirectional drive.

The mobile robot is equipped with SLAM navigation. In combination with fleet management, users gain a complete overview and control of their internal logistics processes. The AGV offers 360° safety when picking up and transporting loads. It lifts loads of up to 1000 kg safely, with purely electric free lift, to a height of 1000 mm. The free lift enables a wide range of transfer options - regardless of whether a pallet conveyor system or a palletizer is to be approached. Thanks to its width of just 800 mm, the mobile robot can also move in narrow aisles and between stacks of pallets.
