Kontron relies on scalable processor performance
The new web panels from Kontron are equipped with a software toolkit and optionally with the ARM i.MX8M Mini quad-core processor.
Kontron relies on scalable processor performance for its new web panels: The basis is formed by ARM i.MX8M Mini quad-core processors and ARM NXP i.MX6 single or dual-core processors. The robust touchscreen with an aluminum or stainless steel frame was specially developed for the industrial environment.
The integrated QIWI software toolkit offers users a performance-optimized HTML 5 browser as well as options for simple configuration and parameterization such as the configuration of the network, display properties, time and language settings as well as a file and package manager. The browser interface can be customized. The optional MicroBrowser from IniNet offers fast response times for PLC controllers with an integrated Codesys WebVisus web server.
