With the FabEagle connect from Kontron, both machine builders and factory operators can quickly and reliably implement connectivity for their Industry 4.0 and IoT applications in the manufacturing and IT environment.
With this programmable interface, production units can be connected to IT systems in order to control production in a targeted manner and thus save costs. The transparency gained also offers the possibility of data analysis and process optimization.
The modular and configurable structure of Kontron 's FabEagle connect offers a wide range of ready-made functions and interfaces. After just a few minutes of training, interfaces can be configured and data processed in a targeted manner. Machine and plant manufacturers can thus quickly and efficiently implement interfaces such as OPC UA, REST or MQTT. This allows them to create the basis for their own IoT and cloud applications such as predictive maintenance.
