Wiring software flexibly maps workflows
The wiring professional Eplan is presenting version 2.9 of Eplan Smart Wiring with a new user interface that flexibly maps different workflows.
The wiring status of projects is now displayed directly, including test mode. Dashboards can be customized and displayed automatically using new display libraries for web diagrams. This provides planners with an up-to-date overview of production and productivity at all times.
Whether using a PC application or directly via tablet: the wiring technician can operate the software via touchscreen and store the wiring progress directly in the system. Another advantage is the intuitive operation: it allows less qualified specialists to work on the wiring. The software can be used to make the data available on a central server.
The display of cable data is more comprehensive than for wires: Additional information such as BMK (equipment identification code), cable length (total length), drop length or even the number of connections in the cable - all of this can be determined with Eplan Smart Wiring 2.9.
