Parametric-associative system basis

Tebis has launched Tebis 4.1. With the complete parametric-associative CAD/CAM system, design, manufacturing preparation and CAM programming tasks can be completed in a single system, in some cases highly automatically.

The parametric-associative system basis is specially tailored to the requirements of single part and small series production, in which tight delivery deadlines, frequent component changes, a high number of variants and different data qualities determine everyday life. This is why the system does not differentiate between surfaces or open and closed solids. All objects can be blended together without this leading to error messages.

User guidance is based on the logical approach of CAD designers and CAM programmers. In the CAD node, users view CAD elements and easily adapt parametrically associative designed objects based on the creation history. Similarly, the CAM node of the tree contains the work plan. CAM programmers use the work plan and the 'Tebis NCJob' technology to generate and manage all NC programs for all technologies required to manufacture a part. The user interface can be individually configured.
