© SigmatekAlexander Melkus has been working for Sigmatek since 2007. According to the company, the 35-year-old business economist has in-depth expertise in sales and project management. He was previously responsible for global sales and marketing. In his new position, he is also responsible for technology.
The Sigmatek management team has big plans for the coming years: The expansion of the company headquarters, the strategic further development of the company and new international branches are planned. Sigmatek was founded in Lamprechtshausen near Salzburg (Austria) in 1988 and is wholly owned by the Melkus and Kusejko families. The Salzburg-based automation specialist employs 500 people worldwide and has its own locations in Germany, Switzerland, the UK, the USA, China and Korea.
