Cincoze
Embedded computer for predictive maintenance
Cincoze is launching the DV-1000 embedded computer for predictive maintenance. As a member of the 'Rugged Computing - Diamond' product line, it is suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions.
The 'DV-1000' embedded computer series from Cincoze integrates high-performance computing and flexible expansion options in a compact housing. The system can process large amounts of data in real time for data analysis and is therefore suitable for use in the field of predictive maintenance at industrial sites with difficult conditions.
The rugged computer features a 9th/8th generation Intel Core i7/i5/i3 processor (Coffee Lake-R S series) and up to 32 GB DDR4 memory at 2,666 MHz. Storage options include a 2.5-inch SATA HDD/SSD slot, 2× mSATA slots, 1× M.2 Key M 2280 and NVMe high-speed SSD. To connect different types of sensors and other devices, the embedded computer is equipped with various I/O interfaces, including 2× GbE LAN, 2× COM and 6× USB. Cincoze's modular CMI technology enables flexible expansion of COM or DIO. MEC modules provide USB3.0 and LAN expansion, meeting the requirements for predictive maintenance of various sensor interfaces and network capabilities.
Cincoze relies on industrial-grade components for the DV-1000 to withstand harsh industrial environments. The embedded computer operates in a temperature range of -40 to 70 °C. The company specifies a voltage range of 9 to 48 V(DC). The footprint of the computer is the size of a DIN A5 sheet of paper. The robust design of the DV-1000 has various industry-specific certifications, including EMC and the US military standard MIL-STD-810G.
