Dr. Timo Berger is the new Chief Sales Officer
Since 1 September 2019, Dr. Timo Berger has strengthened the now three-member Executive Board team at the international electrical engineering company Weidmüller. He succeeds José Carlos Álvarez Tobar.

Together with Jörg Timmermann (Spokesman of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer) and Volker Bibelhausen (Chief Technology Officer), Dr. Timo Berger now forms Weidmüller's three-member Executive Board team. He has been with Weidmüller since 2005 and was most recently responsible for sales in Germany and the Central Europe region for three years as Managing Director and Regional Manager.
He had already been working closely with his predecessor José Carlos Álvarez Tobar since March 2019 to prepare for his new management role. Álvarez Tobar is retiring after a total of 40 years at Weidmüller.
