Apply now for the Hermes Award
Companies can still apply for the Hermes Award until February 15. The industry prize will be presented on April 16 during the opening of the Hannover Messe.
On April 16, the Federal Minister of Education and Research, Bettina Stark-Watzinger, will present the Hermes Award during the opening ceremony of the Hannover Messe. Companies can still apply for this industry prize until February 15. A jury consisting of experts from politics, business, research and society, chaired by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Reimund Neugebauer, President of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, will decide who will ultimately receive the award. The criteria of technological innovation, benefits for industry, the environment and society, cost-effectiveness and readiness for implementation play a key role in the assessment.
In addition to the Hermes Award, the jury can also present a special prize to a young company, the Hermes Startup Award.
