For top hat rail mounting
With the DC-UPS system, Hy-Line Power Components offers a solution for 12, 24 and 48 V DIN rail systems from 3 A to 35 A with a peak load capacity of up to three times the rated current.
The all-in-one UPS solutions have a power supply unit and a battery charger in addition to the actual UPS logic. The backup batteries can also be mounted on the DIN rail. The UPSs are not intended to supply a complete production plant, but to keep individual subsystems for control purposes in operation even in the event of mains instability or failure.
The Hy-Line system can work with lead, nickel-cadmium and lithium-ion batteries and charge, manage and control them. Deep discharge is prevented and charging is adapted to the current ambient and cell temperature. Fully equipped DC-UPS with Modbus RTU can be linked to the DPY351 control panel and web server for remote monitoring communication. Log functions, monitoring, alarm notification and various configuration options are available via RS485, SNMP and Ethernet TCP/IP.
