New Chief Financial Officer appointed
Dr. Ralf Zander is the new Chief Financial and Controlling Officer at the Lapp Group. He succeeds Andreas Hermann, who left the company at his own request in summer 2017.
Dr. Ralf Zander (44) was born in Stuttgart and graduated with a degree in industrial engineering from the Technical University of Karlsruhe. This was followed by an MBA in General Management at Union College in Schenectady (New York) and a part-time doctorate at the consulting firm Roland Berger. Before joining the Lapp Group, he worked for Robert Bosch, where he held various positions in logistics, controlling, strategy and mergers & acquisitions. Most recently, he was Head of Finance & Controlling at Eisenmann in Böblingen with international responsibility.
